Win Today Girls Basketball, based out of Pittsburgh, PA, is an AAU organization that prides itself on building confident, disciplined athletes through daily commitment, effort, and accountability. The program emphasizes development over short-term results, focusing on fundamentals, basketball IQ, and doing the small things the right way every day.
It is a family-oriented environment where players are pushed to compete, support one another, and grow as leaders both on and off the court. “Win Today” represents a mindset, not just winning games, but winning each day by showing up prepared, working hard, and leaving better than you arrived.

TRAINING PROGRAM
Development programs for boys and girls from 5th through 12th grade that runs July through March and is built around long term growth, and confidence. The program focuses on teaching strong fundamentals, decision making, and competitive habits through structured skill development, game like training, and detailed coaching feedback. Win Today emphasizes doing the little things right every day while building mental toughness, accountability, and leadership. The goal is to develop complete players who are prepared for middle school, high school, AAU, and beyond both on the court and as young men and women who carry themselves with confidence, discipline, and purpose.
Win Today Girls AAU is a competitive basketball organization that participates on the Under Armour basketball circuit while also competing in top local tournaments throughout the Pittsburgh area, Grades 5TH - 12TH. We pride ourselves on playing at the highest level of competition while never losing sight of development as the foundation of our program. Our approach is built around creating opportunities for young athletes by combining elite exposure, strong fundamentals, and intentional skill growth. No matter the skill level, it is our mission to help every girl grow, improve, and Win Today by providing the tools, confidence, and pathways needed to achieve her individual goals in basketball.
